Considering on the corporate pet Valu website it says there’s no appointment necessary for a dog wash You should probably change your policy. I have an injured back and an itchy dog And now there is a holiday so I won’t be able to wash him anytime soon. Regardless of this dumb policy, your staff is very nice
I personally wanted to thank this store and the owners for the continued support of the rescue I work with (Halfwayhomek9) . Food Donations, pet supplies and fund raisers. This store has always helped us when needed and as a foster momma we need help like this. Thank you so much for everything you have and continue to do for our Pups!!!
I love every experience I have at this store as well as their Brant Street store. As a pet owner of 2 dogs, 2 cats, as well as a foster mama for a dog rescue, this speaks volumes. The staff are always friendly and kind. They know their regular customers by name which shows that they share a genuine experience. They have always been kind and generous hosting events and donating to Halfway Home. We have been so fortunate to be able to partner with the team and they are always so excited to meet our rescues and hear their stories. If you have questions about anything the associates are always happy to help. They always have a clean, fully stocked store. I highly recommend this location and always look forward to my visits with the store. I mean who doesn’t love just going in to visit their resident Minnie alone? She is a sweet kitty and the store takes very good care of her.
The dog bath here is fabulous and so reasonably priced. The water pressure was great, there were several shampoo choices, the drier was powerful, and the staff were very helpful and kind. The setup makes it very easy to bathe your dog and my dog even seemed to enjoy it. I will definitely go back.
Many cat tree and dog bed options to choose from. Store has an easy to find layout. Store associate was knowledgeable and helpful. Will return here again soon.
