Had a wonderful experience at Global Pet Foods. The staff was very educated on the new product we were trying, informing us on some additional helpful information. We got 3 hoofs for my dog who loves them and a raw food to stuff it with. The raw food has been a hit and was grateful to learn more about the brand from the staff. So far my pup has enjoyed 1 of the hoofs, the other I unfortunately had to take away as it shattered into splintery chunks upon him chewing. That is why I am giving a less a star - just because I haven’t had the opportunity to try more products from them. Hoping the last one is a bit better.
First time shopping at this store. I was looking for holistic dog food to switch our puppy to. The owner was so knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming that we will surely be back! Great selection of quality pet food and toys as well. Highly recommended.
Clean, friendly staff! The self bath for the dogs at the back is amazing. Definitely worth the money for a proper bath, blow dryer and some towels. Would definitely recommend!
Carmen (the manager) cares about your pets and their wellbeing. She is there to help you every step of the way. The staff there are amazing and give great advice. They are there to help you and your pet find the best food/toy/treat for their personal needs. I highly recommend this global pet foods location.
This place knows what's up. It is essentially the Whole Foods of pet stores, without the Whole Foods prices. They only have good quality things for pets in this store!
Our dog has recently had allergies and we were advised to change his diet. The friendly chap in here was very knowledgeable about all the different foods. And mentioned the loyalty scheme
Just got home from the DIY dog wash. Took both my boys at the same time, both in the 65 lb range. Brought both dogs in the room and washed them one at a time. Plenty of space in the room and the Tub while washing. Extremely clean room, and unbelievability friendly staff there. Loved the natural, hypoallergenic, wash that was provided, and the apron was very helpful! 10/10 would wash my dogs there again. Sigh up for the card, and your 8th bath is free.
