What a great store!! Two lovely doggos to pet while visiting. Great help finding a good food source for my kitten. One of the staff carried my items to the car. I will return regularly!
Rude owner - I won’t be supporting this location any longer. I don’t know why someone who clearly lacks customer service skills and who is not an animal person would think it’s a good idea to run a pet store. We were using the self serve dog bath. Our dog was stressed, like most dogs when having a bath. He jumped out of the tub onto the shampoo area. The owner came up to us with hostile energy, looked at us disappointedly and said the dog is supposed to be in the tub at all times. Well we were trying to get him to calm down and go back in! The way the owner spoke to us was very rude, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back here, nor would I want to support this location. It made a stressful situation worse. The girls who work here are great, but it’s a shame they have to work with someone who carries such negative energy.
First time at this location. I walked up to the door and a woman standing outside asked if I worked there, because apparently the person working went on break and locked a customer inside the store. I poked my head in when that was later sorted and saw a poor little cat all alone in a cage with just a litter box and no toy or blanket. With the AC too cold and the radio blasting ads at high volume. The poor thing was so despondent. It's not a place for an animal, even one up for adoption.
Nice store. Well kept. Three people working all chatting at the front desk. I'm the only person in the store. I wander around for five minutes exhausted from all the choices. Nobody bothered to help me. I walked out. Gave you three stars because the conversation these employees were having was more important than the business. Good job team!
Just got my dog groomed by Chantal!! I couldn’t be happier with the result! I’ve had dogs for over 30 years and this is the best grooming experience I’ve ever had! She is knowledgeable, kind, experienced, and professional! Thanks Chantal!! Marshmellow is a happy pup!
Came at 5pm on Sunday before it closed. There's a sign on the door that says back in 2 minutes. It's been 10 minutes and someone finally came back. There were 4 customers waiting. Pretty pathetic.
Pleasant to deal with. Great store, always pleasant and always says hello when you walk in. Great selection but most of all Chantel the groomer is amazing! So great with our lil pup and the hair cut was fantastic! Wont be going anywhere else from now on!!
