The service here is wonderful. The owner takes the time to help with product and any questions . I was there for bird food walked out with cat food too because he was able to help me with my cat and her special needs (allergies ) thanks ? ? both pets were happy
We stopped by this store after got into a car accident, and our cat had an accident. Riley helped us out majorly by helping us wash him up and give him a treat bag to go! Thank you so much for your kindness!
I was shocked the manager carried my cat litter to my car without asking! All the staff were so friendly and kind. Plus the store was spotless and I was greeted by a sweet pup at the door. What more can you ask for?!
I like this location because they always have my cats’ favourite food in stock but the shopping experience is just awful. As soon as you enter you are followed by a staff member. If you inform them you know what you are looking for and don’t need help, they still stand beside you. It is very patronizing and you are made to feel as if you are going to steal or something. The worker told us it’s the owner’s instructions to do this. They are totally overbearing and I’m not sure why the owner would want to run a store if he doesn’t want customers to browse around. Honestly, go across the street to Best Cat or down the way to PetSmart or Ren’s for a more normal and enjoyable shopping experience.
I find the shopping experience completely overbearing here. They will not allow you to browse and they follow you around even if you let them know you know what you are getting and don’t require help. On my most recent visit, the sales associate asked me if I knew what I was looking for and I responded yes and that I was good. They continued to follow me and persisted when I said I did not require any help. I don’t enjoy shopping with someone breathing down my throat! It’s too much.
Great service and selection. I went looking for a new food for my dog and they were really helpful hearing what I need and helping find my best option. Totally recommend it.
The owner and staff are all very friendly and helpful. They even brought the items I bought that were on the heavier side out to my car for me which was so nice of them and I didn’t even ask. I buy all my cat food, treats and toys/accessories from here. Also get to see the owners nice dogs every time I go which is a bonus.
