Had an excellent experience at this location all thanks to a wonderful and knowledgeable employee named Rachel. I wanted to take my fitness to the next level and try supplements but haven't used/knew much about them. Rachel not only found the most beneficial supplements for what I was training for, she went above and beyond explaining everything. Very grateful.

The other day I stopped in at Herc’s Nutrition for a shake when some guy storms in saying I cut him off in traffic. Before I could even respond, he threw a punch but luckily Rachel jumped over the counter & took him down. The guy ran off scared. I’ve never felt so safe & protected by an associate in my life. Everytime I’ve been to Herc’s, Rachel always gets the job done. 12/10 customer service.
Great local supplement shop. Derek's team are all knowledgeable and personable which makes shopping here a great experience. It's right down from our F45 Studio which makes Toonie Tuesdays a popular treat after a good strength session. Fair pricing and always well stocked. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get all your supplement needs.
