Super friendly and helpful staff. Ruan, a staff member, really took their time to show me their products and taught me much more than I knew before I went in.

10/10 store, highly recommend for any and all supplement needs. I was helped by Darius and I have to say I was extremely impressed by how knowledgeable he was in everything I was looking to buy, as well as how friendly and welcoming of an employee he was. Will be coming back!!
My friend recommended I go see Dee. Dee was incredibly patient with me and explained everything to me. She knows a lot about her stuff. She’s very patient and very friendly. Definitely recommend to go see her too.
Dee helped me find the perfect protein powder. She let me try different flavors before I bought them. Now I'm hooked on the ANS vanilla. I never thought I'd like protein powder. Thanks Dee for being so understanding and explaining everything to me.
I always had a great experience at this store, but as of today's experience, it was awful. The lady at the 5 o'clock shift today was a terrible salesperson. Arguing over a supplement exchange. I hope I don't see her again. 5 stars to store,0 stars to her.
Just stopped by Popeyes on appleby and I have to say the most incredible customer service I've ever received in any store. Mike and Matt not only offered us solutions, let us know of deals and sales but even told me to try the product and if i didn't like it to bring it back they even told me about a new formula of protein from a product line I purchased days before and offered to replace it and it was from a different store! The gentleman Mike and Matt are absolute beauties and their store should definitely be your go to in halton they capped off the sale with a free shirt and even suggested using the popeyes dollars on hand to save even MORE money. I highly recommend getting all your fitness essentials from here. EDIT: I have been coming here for sometime but I gotta say the customer service is second to none. I received a ton of information on protein manufacturing processes and the benefits of each respectively. Darius was absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! Once again bringing me back to the review page!
