wow, I just took my bike in for servicing as I was having problems with the gears. Cory was incredible, all fixed up and serviced in no time at all and at a extremely fair cost. Only bike shop in area for me !!
Brought my Fuel EX to Trek Burlington for persistent creaks. Cory walked me through the right service, never tried to upsell, and had it ready in 24 hours. Picked it up the next day, got a full explanation of what was fixed, and rode it this morning — completely silent. They’ve definitely made a customer out of me. If you’ve got a Trek, these are the experts.

We purchased two e-bikes in the last couple of years and couldn't be happier with the staff and the bikes. The shopping experience is very comfortable, the staff are professional, highly knowledgeable and are focused on finding the bike that best suits your individual needs/wants. The store itself is super clean which shows the care they put into the experience and makes me feel like they will take care of my bike should I need it. While the shopping experience is important, the after sales care is even more indicative of the quality of service you can expect. The experience we have had with the after care support, expertise of technicians and the speed of service is unparalleled! I feel as though they are truly motivated to ensure I am happy with the bike and that I experience the joy of riding.
Two purchases in the last couple of years from this location despite there being much closer alternatives to where I live should say something. If you're looking for a great bike from a shop that carries the complete Trek selection and staff that know their products inside and out while providing excellent no pressure sales and service, this is the place to go. Special kudos to David and Cory for taking the time in helping us make sure we made the right choice, and for checking every detail of the bike to ensure it was in top shape before we left.
Not walmart.!!! If you want to hit the trails go down hill or play in traffic... and live...then you need a real bike that gives you the confidence. This store has lots of compitant staff that will sell you what you need...not just try to soak you for every last dime. They will give you advise...their time...and it seems your satisfaction is their goal. Stock is limited due to covid, but i walked out with a new bike that day ...and am in love. New world cycles but old world sales. The customer experience is important to them....almost unheard of in todays retail enviroment. This is the only place i will shop at for any bike related goods going forward.
