Been to this location many times since I moved to Burlington, been alright. Friendly staff, clean, drinks were fine. But rejected for bringing own cup on the ongoing promotion that they cannot provide because they somehow can't order supplies for it. Either they don't want to deal with regular customer, false advertisement, or don't care about enviroment.
Excellent customer service every time I visit. Himaru is usually the one working when I come and she is always super friendly and nice. Never had a bad experience here, even when they are busy, the staff are always really nice.
Absolutely love this location which boasts super, friendly staff! Staff are always welcoming & one of the reasons we continue to return almost daily! This location stands out by far. Drinks are always well made.
My first time trying boba. I was very hesitant but wanted to see what everyone was talking about. The place was very clean and inviting. The girl (Brook?) was very friendly and answered all my questions about what drink to try. I got a Peachy Lychee with boba. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! Will definitely be back.
