Waiting for my drinks as we speak. Got here at 6:15 pm waited about 10 mins to take my order, another lady waiting for her orders the server is by himself had to stop preparing the other lady’s order to enter uber order in the system I waited another 5 mins then took my order he then finished the lady’s order then went ahead with the uber order, 6:41 finally just got our order. The point is while he is making an effort to do everything one person cannot do it all especially when there is uber order and also in store is busy. Not a terrible job on our drinks but the wait is not acceptable.
Lovely staff, so many options. I had the Pearl latte/brown sugar. Not too sweet, it was nice. My wife had the butterfly pea, cranberry with popping boba. We were in a rush that day, and couldn't snap some pics but will definitely return to try the waffles!
They have increased the price recently but the amount of toppings was less than before. I drink bubble tea 4,5 times a week, so i easily notice that, they put less tapioca than before even they charge more and we have to pay $1 extra for 1 topping
They have a lot of dairy free options here, and plenty of choices that didn't contain mango, watermelon or stone fruit - so, great for those with allergies/digestive issues. I had cranberry with butterfly pea fruit tea and crystall jelly, delicious.
Awesome boba spot!! Service was quick and cleaner than most other locations! One of the few bubble tea stores that have red bean topping. Was absolutely delicious. Will be returning?
My favourite bubble tea spot!!! Their rose milk tea is my favourite and no other spots in Burlington serve it. What makes good bubble tea for me is good tapioca and at other places, it's chewy and not good at all, but Kung Fu tea has the best tapioca, soft and perfectly sweet. Their waffles and ice cream are also incredible!! And they have great and friendly customer service!!! Don't go anywhere else, trust me!
I drink a lot of bubble tea and I must say that this was one of the best tasting drinks I have had in a while. Staff was friendly which made the experience much more enjoyable!
