Wanted to try the place, however got here at 8:25pm and the lady that was working tonight said that she wasn’t taking anymore orders since she was cleaning up for the night. What’s the point of having hours if you’re not gonna serve customers 35min before closing. Have it close at 8:30pm then
Rain was probably the best person we have been served by so far. This has been a regular stop for us every time we are at the mall. This guy deserves a raise
I was just at Real Fruit Bubble Tea today in the mall, Amazing experience the 2 ladies working there were absolutely beautiful souls (one being the owner and the other was a co-worker, I assume) They were so patient with us as I went with a close friend and he didn’t really know what he wanted as he usually gets bubble tea at a different location. They recommended us a drink to try and we ended up loving it. It was for him but I had a few sips. Amazing people, patient and so friendly. These are the exact type of people that should be running a business. I love it there and I will be back soon for sure ❤️
First off, my Favourite Real Fruit location. Tatiana is an angel. She not only recommended an amazing drink but also went above and beyond making sure I had a wonderful experience. This didn't stop with me but with everyone who walked through the door. Highly recommend, if you have the pleasure to be served by Tatiana even better. Will be definitely coming back! 6 stars
Usually I like coming here and I pay at the counter. Today my daughter was with me so we did the self serve order. A lady came in and the guy told her he couldn't do her order at the counter and she had to use the self serve. I don't agree with that.
I’ve been to this location a few times and every time I’ve been very impressed with the super friendly staff and fast service. They always get my order right… Would give 100 stars if I could!
one girl is particular named tatianna is so fast and efficient at was she does. She has outstanding customer service. When I came to order a taro slush with tapioca there were 5 people before me and I only waited like five minutes! She very good at her job and burlington center is now my go to real fruit. keep hiring staff like her !! most places are just there to work and do so bad at making drinks but it feels like she actually cares about her customers.
