We took Home several samples. We settled on high quality vinyl plank flooring. It looks amazing. Installation was fast and very well done. We highly recommend this company which has been in business for 30 years and was a pleasure to deal with.
Two years ago Thomas flooring made me a custom runner for the upper floor and carpeted the circular stairway as well. I was pleased with this job. Recently ( about a month ago)I wanted a piece ( which I had) added to the top of the stairs. The installer came, installed this piece horribly-grain ran the incorrect way, seam was obvious and the runner was ruined. Kristy after seeing the pics said this a very ‘yucky’ job and needed to be corrected. The cost of this ‘job’ was refunded and no further contact was initiated. I have since removed the initial runner ( which was ruined).I will not deal with this company again.

My name is Nick Marchioli and let me start by saying I would have given a 0 star rating but it makes me pick at least 1. We have had many renovations over our 30 years of home ownership and I have to say that our experience with Thomson Flooring has been very unpleasant and disappointing. From the beginning they were very focused on deposits, payments and collecting cash vs getting the job done right and to the clients satisfaction. We originally were going to have Thomson install the flooring so they came to measure the area in our home. However, their cost of installation was outrageously high and we were also told by them that it would be extremely difficult to do with our existing kitchen in place and could we remove all the kitchen cabinets in order for them to install. Our actual installer did it very easily and the floor looks amazing with our existing kitchen left intact. He had no issue working around our existing cabinets and furniture. Now that the job is complete we were left with 3 extra boxes which our installer tried to return. Considering Thomson measure the area themselves you would think they new how to measure. However they claim that our installer, installed the floor incorrectly and that is why we were left with extra boxes. Let me reiterate the floor looks perfect. Finally, I attempted to speak with the owner to see if she could take back the extra boxes and she claimed that our son wrote a horrible review and insisted that, Davud Husika is our son, but let me tell you he is not our son. During this entire renovation we had over 10 different contractors and suppliers and everyone was absolutely amazing except Thomson Flooring. There were a headache to deal with them from beginning to end. I would encourage anyone looking to install flooring to look somewhere else.
Our kitchen flooring was ordered in July with a 50% deposit and they waited patiently until our kitchen renovation was completed to the point where they could do the install in late September. Their team of 2 were professional, efficient and answered our many questions. There was a very minor issue after install to which they responded to very quickly solving the problem with a minor repair. The Coretec Stone product used is wonderful but it was the service that sets Thomas Flooring above the rest!
We've used Thomas Flooring twice over the last ten years, and both times were highly impressed by knowledgeable and helpful staff. With our latest project of replacing all floors on two levels, they were extremely responsive and went above our expectations. The Tosca wood floor we bought is beautiful and we appreciate that they carry the small, local Canadian wood manufacturer. The quality of the floors is excellent.
