We got what I feel is a better product but for the same price we would have paid at Home Depot. Also the boxes arrived in excellent shape from the delivery service. My wife and I are thrilled with how the three rooms we've redone have turned out. Thank you very much Gosha and staff for making our shopping experience comfortable and easy. The contractor team did such a flawless job of our complete main floor renovation that several people said our home is magazine worthy! In May 2024 I decided to purchase flooring from a local store, Trafalgar Hardwood located on 2396 Queensway Drive in Burlington, ON. I got a very good feeling from the ladies serving me because they were VERY helpful and easy to work with. My first buy was complicated by their supplier sending the wrong flooring but these same ladies quickly went into action and resolved this matter. Within a couple of days ALL the flooring was picked up by them and returned to their supplier for a full refund. Due to this experience I was left a bit shy of moving forward and did NOT want to reorder from their same supplier. I opted to find another floor from another supplier. This did not prove to be easy for me and I spent 'MANY' hours looking over Trafalgar's vast collection of samples and even bringing them home to assess in my surroundings. To make this long story short, I eventually found the floor that was right for me and checked off all my boxes. These ladies saw me more than I'm sure they cared to but they NEVER once made me feel like I was a nuisance or inconveniencing them, they NEVER once wavered in their commitment to helping me find that perfect floor and they ALWAYS provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service that is not readily found today. They are Professional, HIGHLY Committed and Care that the customer is happy. I'm a VERY, VERY satisfied customer and they are responsible for that satisfaction. Brenda
