We can't recommend this store highly enough. After looking for comfy stools for years we happened to be driving by and popped in on a whim. Incredible selection, we purchased 6 custom made stools here. The owner assisted us with delivery to St. Catharines and ensured each stool was perfect when it arrived. The time they took with us while shopping was incredible. I only wish we needed more stools so we could shop here again but that won't happen for a long time. The quality of the product is top notch. Beautiful selection, high quality, vast variety of colour/fabric options, excellent service. Dave worked patiently with us to help us find our ideal barstools and dining chairs and we couldn't be happier! I've searched many furniture stores and this one is the only one I'll go to for chairs.
The service and quality from Highland Chair is incredible. We bough barstools from there almost 10 years ago. Minor damage happened over time to the leather (our fault). We went there and told them of this. They could have easily said that we need to get new chairs. Instead they said to keep the frames and get new upholstery to the cushions. The chairs look incredible and we saved half the cost. And he helped my wife take the six chairs in and out of her suv. Highly highly recommend this great store.
Great selection. Heidi is amazing?she gives you her full attention and proceeds to recommend what you are looking for. Bought island stools, they took a while because of Covid ?, however as other customers commented, she was quick to offer stools to use until mine came in. The stools are nicer then I expected. Loaners picked up from my car and new ones placed in safely. I give this company a 10+! Rare to find these days.
