We purchased a new Stressless sofa and chair from Scan Decor. Our salesman Mukhtar was extremely helpful. He looked at photos of the room and advised us as to what furniture would best fit with our decor, as well as our wants and needs. Scan Decor is a great store.
Had a great experience with this location. We purchased 2 recliners and a loveseat. Today we received our recliners the delivery was on time and there was no issues.We highly recommend this store .

Purchased a chair and paid for delivery. Delivery truck arrived with 2 guys. Instead of parking in the road they attempted to back into our drive and hit our 2024 corvette that was sitting in the driveway covered up. Insurance in the works to repair the car, but reached out to Scan Decor for the other costs. Lost time off work, depreciation of the vehicle, km added to corvette, lost of use of the vehicle during the days being repair. They offered a very insulting amount. Said it was an accident….no it is your employees fault. And you need to stand up and take responsibility. We PAID for delivery to have our property damaged. Never recommend. Never will do business there again. Would hate to see how they would handle an issue with their furniture if this is their customer service. Go somewhere else.
I purchased 2 power-assist lift chairs by H2 Seating from Scan Decor. The sales person (Mukhtar) was very courteous and helpful. We had several email exchanges and he was responsive and answered all my questions. The chairs are fantastic! The delivery showed up on-time; they assembled the chairs, set them up and tested them, making no mess and leaving no garbage behind. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely visit their beautiful showroom again.
The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, while the quality of their products is inimitable.
We researched about furniture and selected Stressless. We checked the furniture and were given a demo of how to use the recliner and on delivery detailed instructions on the care to take withe leather kit. As for pricing Vanessa beat the closest quote by $1300. We now wait for the sofa, when the last star will be awarded. CSP
