We walked into Liz at Home for the first time 3 years ago and were treated with so much kindness and professionalism. 3 years after, nothing has changed. The treatment is still the same. Consistency is everything and the staff at Liz at Home understands that. We were looking for a recliner chair to complete our living room. Purchased a custom color leather chair that we've been eyeing for a little while. Terri was instrumental in helping us with choosing the color and feature options on the chair. The delivery was scheduled for 8 to 10 weeks. Luckily, we received it in 6 weeks. The chair is everything that we wanted! To Terri, Alan and the crew, Thank you!

Allan, one of the owners, provided us with excellent customer service also. We had an amazing experience working with Briar at Liz@Home. She was super knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy which we really appreciated and was always available to answer our questions when we called or emailed. From our first time in the store to the delivery everything was smooth and we had no issues. This place was so packed it was hard to get around. I didn't find what I was looking for...sales rep started following me...i could hear people telling her I was there. I was leaving but she wanted to show me items in a catalogue to order...I can do that online myself...I wanted to see things and touch them... anyway they didn't have what i wanted there.
I just bought 2 great , comfy swivel chairs from Liz at Home. Terry was the salesperson - the service was so friendly and helpful from all the team actually. There was a delivery time misunderstanding, but quickly the Elizabeth Interiors staff called to assure me they would find a way to deliver later in the day. Two very cheerful delivery men arrived, unpackaged and set up the chairs in no time. I have to say, I was really delighted with everyone's ability to sort this out and be so helpful. I highly recommend both stores - Liz at Home and Elizabeth's Interiors to anyone.
The people working in the store are so amazing! When I went into the store recently, to check up on their many unique treasures, I told one of the staff how a beloved garden ornament I bought from their store, years ago, had become so damaged by windstorms that I had to take it down. Surprisingly, I was told to bring it in to have it taken to the manufacturer to see if it can be fixed! I’ve got it back now, even better than new and it is ready to grace my garden again! I am SO HAPPY!
