Haircut was good. But the Firstchoice, I usually go to is $26. Your location was $38! What's up with that? Its supposed to be 28.50+tax at that location. ok honest mistake, someone overcharged me 10$, move on. But it looks like in the reviews I'm not the only one.

I’ve visited this FCH location a couple of times, it’s a great place; a couple months back we meet Bridgette she’s charismatic, polite just great to talk to; cleaned me up real nice, my wife had a cut/ blowout she looked dazzling for our event. I defined recommend Bridgette a great professional! Keep up the good work.

Love my stylist Simona - absolutely awesome. Only 3 stars due to the store environment. I could hardly hear and speak with my stylist. Owner needs to kindly coach her manager; loud pounding music plus loud strident voice of the manager complaining about her life to her own clients = loud, negative unwelcoming environment.

Simona has been cutting my hair for 4 years at the Dundas location. This was my first cut at her new location. Still a great personality with a great cut.

Great staff for the most part…some are a bit crusty. On my last visit, I had a wonderful woman who took me in last minute for a shampoo (I had had surgery and was unable to wash my hair-no reaching /stretching for a week). I was made comfortable and was only charged $5.00. Thank you for your help.
