Pathetic service! They behave as if they are doing some favour on you. Dude, you are a business and a service provider, learn to behave like one. Especially a Latin lady, who is straight face rude as hell. Never returning.
Just had a hair cut, the lady has finished my hair in 5 mins, not even look the paper of what size she just cut my hair what she like, did not even ask me what i like. When i ask for fade, she said I don’t know, I just visit that great clips bcz last two time they did great job, now i don’t know this new person ruin my special birthday special hair cut. Time of my hair cut is 5:20 pm on 14th of November. She was right behind customer service desk. If anyone is going there please be careful, don’t go to this lady, she doesn’t know anything about haircuts, she was wearing black coat.
Another excellent haircut! I am very particular about how I want my hair done and it took a few visits to get the hair stylist to understand exactly what I wanted. She has mastered what I expect.
Always quick service. With the appointment booking you are in the chair within a few minutes. They do a great job-always doing as asked. They are always very friendly and happy.
I would highly recommend Michelle for hair cuts and hair style. She did a great job by cutting the hair of my 2 kids and were delighted to have this stylish hair cut for Christmas holidays! However I had a bad experience with Yaneth who was on duty and had to cut for my secod child after 1st one as check-in by the system but she preferred to take another guest..and this is common..last time was the same situation for my husband. Thanks anyway for giving us the chance to have the service for both kids with Michelle! ??
If I could give them a zero I would. I took my son in to get an undercut with a hard part. Showed the photo to the hairdresser, and she said "yeah, that's what an undercut is". About 5 minutes into the haircut it was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. First, she used a 0.5 instead of the 1 that we asked for. My son asked her if she could talk to me again about what he wanted and she said "there is nothing to ask, this is all I can do with your hair". She then told me that what he wanted is not possible. She said she had to make it a "box cut". She proceeded to cut him on the back of both ears, and when the haircut was done, she told us to just go. It was the worst experience, leaving my son in tears. Thank god we did not pay for it. Now at Mr Classy in Waterdown to get it fixed! Stay away from this Great Clips, fair warning!
