I have lived in Burlington for almost 30 years, and try to find skincare and haircare salons that pay very close attention to the client's needs, because of the amount of work and cost. Paimana and the team spent over 3 hours making sure that the bleaching/colour process on my very dark brown hair turns out natural and stunning. Genuinely impressed, because that's hard to achieve with such dark and frizzy hair - and during an insane Christmas rush... Thank you guys for caring so much.?
Paimana did an amazing job with my hair in October. I came back again because she us so good with color and layers for. I was so happy the manager was not there. He makes for an uncomfortable visit, rushing the hairstylists. Hight recommend you book Paimana for your colour.
I had to pay $20 extra for long hair. This is fine; however, when I went to book online, this was not stated in the pricing. They need to be more transparent and include this.
Needed an updo for a wedding today, the lady at the front desk literally responded with "mmm, no i don't feel like it" " I don't want to" Terrible service.
I have a very bad feeling and I feel like I was ripped off. Today I went to this salon just for a trim and didn’t want any styling. After a blow-dry and a little trim, they charged me $79. The hairstylist, even asked me when I last went to a salon to see if I knew the prices or not. Meanwhile, the Beauty Salon in the same Burlington Mall only charged $40, and that included styling too.
I came up as a walk-in so maybe my expectations were too high, but I paid $76 +tip for probably the worst cut I’ve had in my life. It was supposed to be a trim, it looks like a bowl was placed on my head and she cut around it.
Great staff and wonderful talent here. Always come in with my daughter and we're both treated very well. Today my daughter left feeling confidant and in love with her new cut. My hair looks fabulous too. The girl who washed my hair was even amazing.. came in with a migraine and after my hair wash and little head massage I felt so good!
