I really wanted to give them a try but I have been wanting to come in for a checkup after I had my knee surgery and no one has given me a call back. I also emailed twice and no one has responded at all. The ladies in reception are very nice but I feel like they're too overwhelmed.
We found nice family doctors for both of our sons. Appointments are made quickly and they have been on time. They listened well. I recommend this clinic.
Dr Sharouda and her assistant have been more than kind to me on my two visits. Her instructions are clear and she is so pleasant to work with it makes me feel very comfortable. It has been easy for me to get an appointment in a timely manner.
I’ve been waiting over a month for a response about my son’s vaccination record. I’ve sent emails and called multiple times, but no one ever replies. The clinic marked that my son received a 6-month vaccine (influenza) when it was actually his 2-month visit. Babies that age should not have this vaccine !! When they called me last week to book my check up , I brought up my concerns about my son. The staff member checked my file and somehow had a completely different email and home address listed under my name. On top of that, when I first called about my son’s second vaccine, they said he wasn’t even registered with the clinic even though our whole family is. And this is where his first vaccination happened. (We took him elsewhere and that’s when I was notified about the influenza shot being ticked off on his vaccination card) This place is chaotic and unreliable. I’ve never experienced such poor communication and record-keeping in healthcare. I wish everyone luck who’s registered under this clinic
Excellent clinic with a wonderful staff. Reception personnel are friendly and welcoming and handle the patients efficiently and with professionalism. Dr Mohamed Mitwali is a great doctor, kind, caring, patient and goes out of his way to listen and make you feel supported. His assistants are also excellent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a family doctor
Very bad experience, I made the appointment almost one month ahead of time for 12 since my work started at 1. And I came on 11:40 to finish all my paperwork, until 12:30 I still waiting to see the doctor. I have to book back for next week caused me to cancel my other appointments next week to commandant for her. Very u respect for pt time.
I walked in to this clinic for the first time I had a very good experience with all the staff they treated me with empathy and gave me a thorough and appropriate care approach for my medical needs I will be going back in the future.
