had a great experience with technologist Waqar Nisa. She was extremely caring, patient, and professional. She made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done properly. Truly grateful for her kindness and dedication. She stayed up late and took extra time just to ensure the results are accurate. Very grateful to her.
Why are X-rays a walk-in at this location, if the wait time is going to be 45 minutes to an hour? If x-rays are a walk-in and the entire batch of people waiting changes, it means that the x-ray equipment’s use is blocked by other diagnostics. Change x-rays to appointments please! I was sick and coughing and had to wait an hour for the stupid x-ray.
I just spoke with Maryama over the phone to book multiple ultrasound appointments, & I had to leave a review! She was incredibly patient, kind & understanding of my schedule conflicts. She took the time to explain everything clearly & worked around my availability to find ideal appointment times across multiple locations. Thank you Maryama - truly appreciated your help!
Requires an online booking. You should expect a phone call from an unknown number, which, if you miss it, prepare to stay on hold for 25min+ to just speak to someone that can make an appointment. I phoned Ontario Diagnostic Centres X-Ray & Ultrasound and got an appointment within 1min. The booking process needs an overhaul.
I went in for a bone density scan. The technician was rude and basically told me I was wasting her time due to the fact that I have 2 hip replacements. She kept asking why it was being done as the results would not show anything. I was there last year for scan and it was a totally different experience. I will not be going back to this facility.
Lady at the front desk was super rude, and then proceeded to put every person who came in ahead of me, despite my triage priority being higher. Terrible service.
This is my 2nd pregnancy hence ive had plenty of ultrasounds but have never come across someone as kind as Eva! The first thing she asked me was how I was feeling with my bladder full and whether I could manage - for someone who didn’t sleep the night before stressing about this very fact I was immediately put at ease by her acknowledgment! She even let me go relieve myself a few minutes in ☺️☺️. Every once in a while during the ultrasound she would tell me what the baby was doing or what she was looking for - this helps anxious mamas a lot who are usually left in silence to stare at the ceiling with their thoughts ?. Thank you Eva for showing me so much kindness ♥️
