I’ve been dealing with ALS sports since they were sharpening skates in the office of the Supertest Gas Station on Brant St. Upon returning from my Winter Home in May I decided to buy a new pair of skates from Chris & Dan as Chris stated they let me try 5ish pairs of skates no matter what I thought or said they continued to make sure I was totally satisfied this is why they have been around and so successful as a local Hockey Specialty Store. If you’ve been there you understand what I mean if you haven’t been there you need to go there and discover customer service & satisfaction at it’s finest I highly recommend them beyond & above any retail business I have ever done business with. Great local sports shop that has been around forever, with staff whom are always available, friendly and knowledgable; three things not often found these days and of course not at all in online shopping. The owner is very often on site, approachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
Amazing fast delivery for online order of skates. I placed the order and got an email 30 minutes later saying it was delivered and arrived next day. The Bauer skates I ordered are great!
Went for a sharpening,while there asked about repair on eyelet that was broken.Told me next day which was fine but when I got my skates back they replaced it at no charge.Thanks and great service. (And it wasn't because it was no charge repair)
Super friendly and helpful staff. My son was player of the game, and when we brought his certificate to the store, they congratulated him and made him feel great!
Went in to look for hockey equipment and was looking around and no one asked if I needed help with anything. I then stood at customer service desk for quite some time waiting for a staff to help me....I started to get fed up waiting and there were two guys chatting away at the counter about personal stuff so I thought thru were friends waiting for their skates to be sharpened. I went up to the 2 boys and asked of they knew if anyone was working here or not and the 1 boy said he was. I was shocked that he worked there and just let me stand there waiting for so long while he socialized with a friend he knew and why was there only 1 staff member working in the whole store?!? I would not recommend this place there prices are high and staff do not seem to care about customers at all
