My dad and I have been loyal to them for nearly 40 years. They've helped us get decades of additional life out of appliances. Knowledgable receptionist, patient techs willing to educate. All around high quality humans. Most recently helped me with a pump inlet valve. Save yourself headaches and let them handle it.
The customer service representative answering the phone was so kind and attentive. In today’s world it’s a rare find. I was so grateful for the efficient service. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My stove was fixed in minutes. He was able to locate the problem immediately. I would recommend this company.
I have a only good things to say about the Fast Eddie Appliance service representatives and associates. They were professional personable and friendly and just making the appointment gave me a narrow availability window and Jared, who was my technician, came punctually. He was really helpful, explained all the issues to me, showed me online what the problem was and what I should do next…which unfortunately, meant having to replace my 6 yr old ! machine! He knowledgeably explained where best to buy the new machine the reasons for buying it at that location and when I did and needed to have all the connections disconnected by the company bringing the new machine which was required by them for liability, Jared came to my rescue and didn’t charge me a cent. The ladies in the office who manage the phones book the appointments relay appointments etc. were wonderful especially Jen who was really accommodating, kind & personable. Huge brownie points go to this business and I highly recommend them for any appliances that need repairs or assistance.
Thank you Jaret for making my concern good. I'm extremely happy with your resolution. I had the exact same issue just recently. The technician came as my oven in my 4 year old Frigidare gas stove did not fire, he replaced the Igniter for $500 . A few weeks later the ove stopped workinvg we called Fast Eddy back and was told that we needed a new mother board for another $500 and to buy a new stove. Ridiculous answer . Totally unsatisfied with the service and ignorance. According to other posted reviews the owner has posted that they Don't Work on Gas Appliances but yet they replaced my Igniter on my gas stove the first time. If they are not Qualified for the Job they shouldn't touch.
Fast Eddie's was here to diagnose a issue with our dryer.They were professional , experienced and looked after us. Dryer is back in business. Would definitely call on them for any appliance issue in the future. Donna , Gord Johnson
Used them once for a stove and the technician did a good job! However, for 2nd time I called for a fridge! For an inspection of 15 minutes they charged $141! They make you think inspection is $84 but then they add the technicians time! So what the $84 is for!! That's it for me!! Not calling them again
I called to book a service appointment for my washing machine & left a msg over the weekend that I was traveling to the USA but would be back Friday & hoped it could be repaired then. In the msg I notified them it was a Samsung washer & they returned my call asking for the model #. I followed up now back in Canada with the model # just to be told they don’t repair Samsung.
