Everything about the service call for my refrigerator went as well as possible. The technician showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix the problem quickly and at a price that was within the range of what I expected.
Adrian the tech was very good and knowledgeable. All good but I suggest your telephone booking person better understand how your techs will eventually charge the labour portion on the bill so she can better explain it in advance to customers at time of booking the appointment.
There was a possible cause to our problem and after looking further into it, that wasn't the problem. But Emil persisted checked further and discovered the true problem and fixed it. We were completely satisfied with the work done and would call on Emil if needed in the future.
