He fixed my Miele dishwasher today and my Whirlpool fridge last year. It’s wonderful how he can fix any brand and model! What’s obvious is that he loves his work and it shows in his vast skills at getting to the root of the issue. He stays until it’s fixed and tested so l truly value his very high work ethic and abilities. He’s top notch and I would definitely give him more stars if l could.

Joshua is courteous, professional, reliable and accommodating. Not only did he come out the same day to fix the issue with my oven but he also provided sound advice to help me decide whether to replace my appliance or not. Will be the only repair person I use in the future.
Joshua is very relational and helpful. The only thing is that he is not that quick to respond when a problem has not been resolved. It may be because he is so busy and hasn’t got enough staff. My one and only complaint.
