Recently I was involved in an auto accident. A good friend of mine strongly suggested i take my truck to Assured on Harvester Rd in Burlington. The body work and paint was exceptional. Very courteous staff and my truck was finished when I was told. Also to my surprise, it was cleaned. I strongly suggest Assured 4169 Harvester Rd for all your auto body needs. Keep up the great work guys.
wish my insurance didn't recommend. They missed some dents in my hood after having my truck for over 3 weeks. I mentioned it John was rude and told me he didn't think they were from the accident. I had to fight with my insurance to correct this. From other reviews I'm not the only one "worst repair shop, They lied to us and insurance company, kept the car for 18 days without even making a proper estimate for insurance company, and now will charge for storage plus repair which will cost more then it should, leaving no choice for insurance company but to write off. Almost feel sorry for how miserable the front line staff seems to be there." "This is my review, My insurance company suggested this business, not my best choice. Damage to my truck box from a tree. The top rail of the box was repaired as well as a wheel well. The wheel well came out good. The top repair to the box, not so good. There were bubbles in the bondo that were not sanded out, so some pit marks. The bondo to fill in the dent had a crack in it and peeled away from the metal before 1 year. I brought the vehicle back and showed them, they stated :That is rust" I stated no that is where you fixed the dent. Raised the issue with photos to my ins co. and after speaking with them they corrected the issue, the peeling bondo, not the pit marks as I pointed out to their staff (2 times). They actually missed painting a spot inside of the box rail where it is clearly a recent grind to the bare metal. The paint looks good though. They get 2 stars for the paint and wheel well work and -3 stars for the bubbles in the bondo and a return visit." "I don't usually like to post horrible reviews but this was a terrible experience and a warning to avoid this place unless you want to wait months and months to get your car back, and when you finally do get it back...the job is incomplete. During my dealings with this place, there was constant miscommunication and my car rental insurance had to be extended twice because of their incompetence. 2 people I dealt with were no longer with the company the next time I followed up and the current employees blamed the errors on the employees who were no longer there. When I finally went to pick up my car they told me it was all done but they didn't replace the front grill. They apologized profusely.. blamed a staff who was no longer there and promised me they would call me when the part came in. It has been about 2 months since then and I have heard nothing. When the part does come in, I will be taking the part elsewhere to get installed, as I would never trust this business with my car again. Update: Trusted them to install the grill that they didn't install the first time and had no issues, so changed rating from 1 star to 2 stars."

Great support and service while our van got repaired. New door and paint blending was excellent. While never fast enough assured was both fast and kept us informed so we knew what stage the repairs were at and when it would be done. Worked directly with insurance so no hassle. Had a recent accident, my car was hit from behind and then I hit someone in front of me and they hit the car in front of them. Damage to front & back of my beloved Beemer. Assured was the repair shop that fixed my car and all I can say is they did an amazing job. From the moment I first walked in Kim was so helpful and walked me through whole process. Estimate was quickly approved by my Insurance company, parts were also promptly ordered and car was back to new in less than 10 days. Thank you Ron, Liam and Kim for the great service and for the awesome repair!
Assured did a beautiful job on my vehicle. The whole process was seamless from the first call to when I picked up. They made all the rental car arrangements for convenience. When I picked up my vehicle I was blown away that it was spotless, they even vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Thank you!
