Excellent customer service from Shelby! On a very frustrating day she delivered calm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable assistance after an accident. She arranged for a rental car seamlessly. Since then (two weeks) she has been contacting a difficult to reach insurance company to remind them the car is waiting for them to pick up and appraise. April 12 2021 Stopped by to get a quote on the damage from someone who sideswiped me in a parking lot. When Andrew came out to take a look at the damage, he took a look, went to the shop, came back with some polishing compound and a cloth, and polished/buffed out the damage. Turned out it was only paint transfer. My car looks like the damage never happened. Furthermore he didn't charge me for his time, 100% recommend and will be back again for any future needs.

I have worked in a bodyshop before, and nothing compares to how quick and how quality the work is done here. Don't rope this around their neck, but it took 1.5 days to paint my parts!
