I had an incident where high winds whipped my door open and broke the hinge, couldn't get the door shut, but the amazing staff at this location helped me right away by making sure the door could close tightly so I could get home to get it repaired, as I was stranded - at no cost to me, just to get me back on the road safely. ABSOLUTE ANGELS. Turns out my brother goes there because they're the best! Ended up taking it to the Carstar location near where I live and had the same incredible customer service - they're working on the repairs now and made sure my insurance covered it all. A+++++ service, super nice staff - these people go above and beyond to get you back on track.
I hate to admit that this is not the first time I’ve had to bring a car in for a little “cosmetic” work. But just like my last experience, the repair far exceeded my expectations and so did the customer service I received. Thank you for making my car beautiful again. I couldn’t be happier. Hope not to be back any time soon….but if I need work….this is the place I’ll go!
“BUYER BEWARE” Extremely Poor Communication & UNAUTHORIZED charges. In short, THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED to carry out the work required, in a timely manner without padding the bill with work ALREADY done! I had to bring my car in TWICE to finish the job & still not happy with the results. Adam might consider a new line of work such as Dept Collection we’re indifference is king. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
My insurance company listed this location as an option for my repair, and I am very happy that I chose them. The staff here provided great communication, were extremely accommodating, and very friendly and thorough. Repairs got completed on time, and it looks absolutely fantastic. Thank you again!
OMG what a waste of time, Learned a lesson by using a Insurance Body shop and they didn't repair as promised and took longer than estimated....never get a high end vehicle done by a back yard Shop.
Having to get bodywork done on your car is never fun, but the staff at Aro Motors Carstar went above and beyond to make my experience as quick and easy as possible. Customer service was wonderful! I needed an additional small fix in addition to the main repair and they were able to help sort that out for me too.
Great spot! I had this company deal with a basketball net falling on my car this winter and they were so fast with the quote, dealing with insurance and getting the work done early. What a great experience!
