Fix Auto has been a nightmare. They’ve taken forever to fix my car, barely respond to calls or messages, and never give clear updates. I would not recommend them to anyone.
My go to place for 20yrs now, after a local car dealership owner, squash sports buddy, recommended i go here. They seamlessly work with my Insurance company & the rental car company for pickup and drop offs. As a fix and repair home motor guy for many years, always the critical eyeball on any vehicle repair and paint work. Very calming after a road or rock chip incident, knowing the repair outcome could not be better!
The staff and crew at FixAuto Burlington have been nothing short of fantastic. They are friendly, efficient, and truly care about their customers. I have gone to them on 2 separate occasions and have been blown away by not only the service but also the quality of work I have received. They keep you informed and provide updates in a timely manner, especially given the stressful nature of car repairs. I have and will continue to recommend FixAuto to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, responsible and friendly car repair service!

Would give no stars if I could. My vehicle was taken here on recommendation of my insurance, and they did a pretty poor job. After receiving my vehicle back, I immediately noticed the severe tear in my steering wheel. Not only that, but my steering wheel doesn’t rest straight, and my car creaks over bumps now. After informing my insurance I was dissatisfied with the service, they redirected me to the shop. I brought my car back, and was met with some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. Alex, who reviewed the problem, told me he wasn’t interested in rectifying the problem, said that my insurance was bothering him, and didn’t even shake my hand. I work in service, and I’m pretty shocked at how poorly these people treated me. Alex also let me know that my car could’ve been damaged by speedy glass, since they sent it there (and didn’t tell me). None of this comes close to the colossal bill they sent to my insurance for the repairs which the DEALER said were unnecessary. You’d be better off taking your car to a high school shop class to get fixed.
They did a great job. The staff were friendly and efficient. Parts took a little longer than expected due to Covid. I was quite surprised to pick up my car nicely cleaned in and out.
They made the process super easy! I had a bit of a troublesome third party that wasn’t returning my calls but they were able to contact them and get all of the payment info and all I had to do was bring my car in. They had to replace my whole bumper but did an amazing job and it looks brand new!
