Took in my computer to diagnose a problem, and he happily helped me test a bunch of stuff for like an hour, didn’t even charge me in the end. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It really helps that he knows computers more than most of those “tech repair stores” you see.
I dropped my laptop down a flight of stairs, it was functional, but the case had come apart in multiple places and screws were missing. I had no clue how to repair it. Brian was able to fix it within minutes and I was back up and running again. He also gave some good advice for the future with it. Will be going back

They did what all the big stores said could not be done. Took in an old HD, 23 years old, no CPU they were able to recover all the data without an issue and fast too. Will definitely go back if I have any issues going forward.
