After spending ages on the phone to best buy and other businesses, then an actual visit to best buy (who told me my Macbook was too old to repair), I found Burlington computer repair. They had the battery for my computer (then one best buy told me was not made anymore) gave me a quote on the phone and then replaced my swollen battery by the next day. Works great! They did excellent work for an excellent price. The staff were very friendly and sent many texts to update me on the repair timeframe. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.
Too expensive. Had to remove all my programs to fix the computer. Didn’t saved them to an external hard drive. Lost all my programs. Computer never functioned properly since
Paid for the diagnosis which you can waver if you decide to have them fix your computer, and although it was only a loose cable, I picked my laptop up from them and they charged me no additional costs. Very friendly and prompt staff. Will definitely take my computer there again.
I have not had any repairs done at this shop yet. But next time I need a repair I will go to him. I phoned to ask a question and his friendliness, responsive and professional approach towards me made me want to use him someday.
