My 5 yr old computer tower's performance was becoming unbearably slow and erratic. I engaged the services of Alejo to see if it could be fixed and he did so in a appropriate timely manner. I am pleased to say it is operating like a new computer, quick and responsive. I found Alejo to be business like, but very friendly. He even offered that if I should have any future computer questions, that I should contact him. An offer that is not readily extended by many businesses.

Alejo has been an absolute lifesaver and is a highly skilled computer wizard. I was a bit skeptical about bringing my laptop in for repair and thought about going to a bigger company, but I'm so glad I decided to go with Modern PC Repair! He also cleaned my laptop thoroughly and installed a heat monitoring program to help me gauge my usage. Alejo kept me in the loop about all of the costs involved and confirmed everything with me before proceeding with the work, which I truly appreciated. The price was very reasonable given the amount of work he put into it. He also recommended a laptop cooling pad that has further improved the performance and longevity of my computer. I'm positive I would not have received this caliber of service from Best Buy! Alejo was generous enough to follow up with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and that the laptop was performing optimally. Service is extremely good! The fan of my Mac was making noises and battery was loosing charge very quickly. Everything was repaired just within a few hours. Great job, done quickly, professionally and thoroughly. Recommend
