I called Burloak Systems when my printer jammed and I couldn’t fix it. As a teacher, I was on a time crunch and Sinan took it in, removed the obstruction and cleaned up the printer heads within about 45 minutes! Incredible service considering it was a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. I’ll definitely go back if I have any IT needs (hopefully not soon, but at least I know where I can go in the future!). The folks at Burloak Systems really pulled out all the stops for us this week. I spent a great deal of time looking for a reasonably priced toner cartridge online with other suppliers, placed my order, only to have it cancelled because they didn't have the stock that appeared online. By the point we were notified of the cancellation, our toner was gone. I called Burloak Systems, and while they didn't have it in stock, they were able to get it for us. I would not give this place any stars. Unfortunately most recent owner (Sinan) is very disrespectful & rude. He didn't want to identify himself to me that he was the owner when I went in. Not sure why but he would not tell me who he was. I've dealt with this company for many years prior to Sinan taking over. The service was much better. Sinan should not be a business owner. They've lost my business.
