Decided to wash the car today got there and three of their six bases are not functioning out of border. The car wash was totally filthy full of garbage everywhere even garbage bags in front of the power wash hose and the top it off for every looney that you add to your time it gives you less than 30 seconds so overall was the worst car wash I’ve been to and I never go there again very disappointing
Some of their gas station pumps might be compromised. My credit card information got stolen when I paid for gas at the pumps. Should probably pay inside.
I recently visited one of your car washes at Appleby Line and Harvester in Burlington. I have never had such a terrible experience in my life at a car wash. The place is run down, the infrastructure was not functioning properly, the owners had the soap WAY overtuned which I fully understand is a gimmick to add time to the wash when rinsing but this was just ridiculous. With the amount of soap coming out it also completely stained my clothes, arms and legs yellow and blue which I can’t seem to scrub off. This was the main motivator for my review because this should never happen. I’m sure Pioneer has standards they enforce but it sure doesn’t seem like anything is being properly run here. I will never visit another Pioneer again.
I went to fill up my propane tank the employee doing the propane tank is the most miserable human being in the world. filling up the propane is a huge inconvenience to him. Can’t switch to natural gas soon enough. Will not be back
It was the best gas station ever to go to, great customer service specially the night shift guys ahmed and hossam they are so welcoming and friendly smiley faces Good people I recommend anyone to go there, and washroom was so clean and smelling good.
I finish work so late and I go there for the full service, very kind and friendly people especially Ahmad and Hossam. Nevertheless I asked to use the washroom and it was one of the cleanest on the hole area.
Go once a week to fill up my 40 pound propane tank. Just got ripped off for the second time by the same guy. Everyone else has been great. But I'll never go back
