This is a touchless car wash. The water power is extemely weak, the weakest and the worst car wash I've ever tried. The back of my car is still dirty. The dryer started early even the wash was still not finished. Unlike Petro Canada, the car wash does not come with free vacuum.
Shit service I got the fuel tank filled out at 1.36 per l cam back to pre athurise a second time 2 minutes apart the man changed the price to 1.53 per l without any notice sutch a rip off
Had the worst interaction this evening with an attendant who wouldn't turn on the pump for us, then yelled through the glass that it was "pay at pump" only ( no sign saying so and we wanted to pay cash), the took it to swearing at us, refusing service and- hilariously- threatening to call police! The entire time he was on the phone and then unlocked the door and stepped outside to get his pizza delivery. Some fine example of customer service, right there.
I use Android app for shell carwash. After getting disappointed by the shell gas station on Queenston Road, Hamilton, I drove all the way to Burlington and got a carwash at this Shell. The employees here are very helpful! Carwash was also better than anywhere else. It was worth a drive down there. I'm going to this place for my car wash from this point forward. The Tyre inflator didn't work even after putting in a dollar, hope that's fixed next time I go there.. :)
Best ever gas station!! No one can compare this station to other station and the workers are very helpful and they always try to make our experience like heaven.
Always open, always friendly and helpful, competitive prices. Good snack shop, fair coffee. Very good car wash. Air pump for tires. Propane tanks too. My friendly neighbourhood has station.
