Usually like this gas station been coming to this one for years and go out of my way to come to this one. Today I went in I wanted gas and cigarettes. The guy at cash with the long brown ponytail was very rude and just through the cigarettes at me. Very rude and uncalled for I didn't appreciate it at all. It was June 26 2025 at about 9:30pm. I hope someone will speak to him about customer service.
Really poor experience. Their gas terminal was faulty and double charged me. When I queried this with the attendant in the store he just started ranting and shouting about if it’s the first time I’ve filled up with gas and that it’s not his problem, etc. I’ll rather travel a few extra km to avoid this heinously rude man.
Horrible staff at this location, went in to buy smokes ( I am 30yrs old and look older then the guy behind the counter) and the staff that was working wouldn't accept goverment ID paperwork as I don't have the card just yet... banks take it/ goverment will accept it but a gas station won't??? Worst service I have ever had they will not let you in there store… You have to talk threw a locked window in the parking lot after hours with random humans hanging out in the parking lot… Definitely not safe for women standing in a gas station parking lot after hours alone, yet older man worker in the store is safe… If I could leave a zero star rating I literally would. Will never come here ever again… Where has customer service gone?!?
I have bad experience in this store. I show my reward to the staff.which mars chocolate.and he till me the item is in the very end of the shelf.all of the sudden he want me to pay. The mars chocolate its included in my receipt.which is my free reward. I dont usually claim my reward in my journie card. It happen its not busy so i try to claim and this what happen.
Just got their premium wash, and it did an absolutely horrible job, never get a car wash here. Also the price they charged me was 2 dollars higher than the price posted. Probably the worst car wash I've gotten, and more expensive than I thought...
Wand wash is a disaster. Tap to pay doesn't work, and after paying with cash, the compressors shut off before the time was up so I couldn't rinse the foam off my car. Went into the gas station and they suggested I pay for another wash. Compressors didn't work at all the second time. Took ages to get the foam off my car with no water pressure.
