It would be greatly appreciated if the customer service representative could focus on listening to customers rather than arguing with them. Today when I was at the gas station, the attendant stopped my pump for about two to three minutes while I was getting my lotto checked. During that time, the pump was cut off, and when I tried to restart it, it didn’t work. This meant I couldn’t fill up my tank and ended up having to make two separate transactions, which was inconvenient. I had asked the attendant not to stop the pump, but instead of helping, she started arguing with me. It would be great if such situations could be handled more smoothly.
Worst customer service. Whoever the female is that worked the evening shift, she is one of the rudest and unprofessional clerks ever. I will never buy gas from this Shell station ever again. She's not helpful and refuses to make change citing that if I don't use credit or a card that my cash was no good because she only had toonies before proceeding to argue with me why there's nothing wrong with refusing to take cash. I've already paid at the pump and wanted to use cash to complete my in-store purchase. **The Pioneer gas station across the street is a lot more accommodating and accepted my cash without hassle. Save yourself the argument and confusion and shop elsewhere instead.
The location has two charging stations usually available during most of the day. The site is close to the road and well lit in case that you are there after hours.
Best Shell car wash; no rails and touchless. The kind that spins around you instead of you moving through the car wash. I basically go to this location for their car wash. The shell website doesn't specify which types of car wash each location offers. I hate the soft cloth ones and refuse to damage my rims on the ones that rely on rails.
Long walk from the gas pumps to the store. Cashier is annoying, always asking if I want to buy lottery tickets then he goes on with carwash. He just wastes my time there when I just want to pay and leave the place. I finally decided to not go Back there since he is always is asking the same questions over and over again like a broken record.
The gas price is slightly higher here than most stations but it obviously changes with time. Not sure if they have better quality gas or why they are a few cents over their competitors.
Usually quieter compared to other gas stations in the area. Price is usually a little cheaper the same as any Shell gas station. I have heard they add some cheaper than gas additives especially on winter. No complaints but I have never been inside the store though. Always paid with credit card and it worked well.
