I filled up at this gas station twice this week, at station number 6. The last time was on July 11 at 7 pm. Both times the printer did not work. I turned to the employee and pointed this out. In response, he began to shout rudely that there was paper, but the printer did not work. I ask the owner to take action against this employee. Outrageous!!!
Why do you sell Vuse products, when you never keep them in stock?? I am sick to death of coming to this location and having whatever tomorrow and behind the counter look at me like I have two heads when I ask for the VUSE products, SITTING RIGHT BEHIND YOU.
The worst service that I have ever to wash my car, my license plate was bent, the tire valve was broken, the rims were just as dirty as they were. I do not recommend that car wash, to bad costumer service
This morning (December 13 2023 at 6:35am) so you can narrow down what employee it was as i dont remember his name.... a very nice lady had to pay with a bunch of small change and even apologized for it to the cashier even though it's money and should be accepted without the disgusting behavior this guy showed the nice lady.. she lays the change out and even separates it into dollars so it's easier for him to count, he just looks at her disgusted that she's giving him all this change and asks her how much it is, I say to him, isn't it your job to count it? He just stares at the change looking confused, He doesn't reply and continues to ring the rest of her bill up on debit without counting the change to know if shes giving him the right amount.. she turns to me and says how are kids supposed to get by in this world if they can't even count change and why is this guy working as a cashier if he can't count... she gets her stuff and leaves... the cashier starts complaining about her and telling me give me a few minutes to pick this change up, I say to him, people need to use change, it's money and i told him that he teated her very inappropriately.. he keeps complaining so I say to him, it's not her fault you can't count change! And I get my stuff and leave... this guy was just disgusting with the way he treated this lady and complained about having to take change as a cashier... he can't count change so check that days till and if it's off it's because he intentionally doesn't count the change he puts in the till... I can keep ranting but I'll leave it as this..
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! STAY AWAY!! Season pass expired and didn't know. In line for carwash with 2 cars behind me. Attendant did not want to come out and open the gate. He hung up on me 3 times when asking for him to open gate. Called customer service twice with no resolution
I used to buy my cigarettes & gas here frequently as it is the closest station to my house but I won’t be coming here anymore. Certain employees (most of them) consider it too much work to look for the brand of cigarettes I smoke (that are in the exact same spot every time). Then they love to tell me they don’t carry the brand, when the visit before the helpful employees are able to easily locate them. I won’t be taking the gamble anymore. It is a waste of my time & so frustrating when you know they have it, they just won’t look for them. I will be getting my gas somewhere else as well. Not worth spending your money here.
They have always been rude and couldn’t care less. Went in today to buy Halls they very clearly marked $2.29 for all the flavours.He tried to charge me 2.49 and would not reduce the price even after showing him. Thier right at the cash. I spend $200.00 a week in fuel there. Not any more. It’s not the .20, I am just tired of trying to get ripped off with everything.
