We were there last week and they have AMAZING bagels! Which is odd for a gelato shop. Great coffee and wonderful customer service. Will try the gelato next.
Perfect customer service and beautiful flavors? The gelato is so smooth and creamy The shop itself has such a cozy vibe, it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and again and the perfect spot for your Instagram pictures! Definitely my go-to whenever I’m craving something sweet. Highly recommend!
This place is our go to place but I don’t why the server( the elderly man) seems rude and frustrated whenever we ask any assistance or taste samples. Never smile always in a hurry. Not sure if this rude service is for the specific customers or for all of them who visited this place ( giving 3 stars for the product)and service is 0
I really enjoy their pistachio gelato! Extremely delicious and authentic to the one I have in Rome and Milan! I also want to say thank you for establishing a cozy, warm and inviting atmosphere. I am confused reading these reviews saying the owner is rude here... absolutely not, he is just quiet and simple... he is not rude at all. He is very helpful in suggesting flavours, etc. My family and I would always go to "I Love Gelato" across but its become very rude, bitter and cold, we skip over and come to Alia's. Please keep up the good work and delicious gelato! ❤️
The ice cream itself was delicious — creamy, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. However, the overall experience came across as unwelcoming and a bit cold, which made the visit less enjoyable. A smile or friendly word would have gone a long way. Great product, but the vibe could use some warmth.
Bought the pistachio and crème brûlée flavor, it was really nice and flavorful, the texture was very creamy and smooth, I will definitely try again when I visit Burlington!
