Today, on Thanksgiving Day, I went to buy ice cream, and there was an older woman (I think she is indian) with long hair who was very rude to us. We asked to try a flavor of ice cream, she gave it to us, we bought three 1-liter containers of ice cream, then I wanted to know if I should buy a fourth container, so I asked to try a second flavor, and she looked at me with a totally rude expression, it even felt discriminatory. I always go to this BR at least once a week, and I had never seen this woman before. She wasn't wearing the BR uniform, so maybe she's the manager, but this person definitely doesn't have customer service skills. Next time, I'll go to another BR.

High quality ice cream and great customer service. On the pricier side. Tried and true, consistently delicious product. This location is clean and they have a nice area to sit down inside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) I recently visited Baskin Robbins in Burlington and here’s my detailed take: ? Ice Cream Quality: As always, the ice creams were tasty, fresh, and the flavors did not disappoint. Baskin Robbins never really goes wrong when it comes to quality. ? Customer Service: The staff was polite and friendly. I was greeted properly when I walked in and got a nice goodbye when leaving. Small gestures, but they matter. ? Cleanliness: The washroom was clean and hygienic, which is always a big plus. ?️ Parking & Location: Parking is not an issue here at all—there are plenty of spots available. Plus, the plaza has other stores, including grocery options, so you can get multiple errands done in one place. ? Pricing Issue: This is where I had a problem. In Mississauga, I got two pre-packs of sundae for $20.99, but here the exact same packs were priced at $24.99. Same ice cream, same size, but higher cost—this doesn’t sit well with me. I feel pricing should be consistent across stores, especially for pre-packs. ⚖️ Overall: I’m giving this location 3 stars only because of the pricing issue. The ice cream is good, service is good, cleanliness is good, but paying extra for the exact same thing compared to other locations just doesn’t feel fair. Unless they fix their pricing, I wouldn’t really recommend this branch.

More expensive than the Baskin Robbins on Dundas by Longos. 3 scoop with tax was $15.76 where as other location is $11.84. Significant difference. When I asked why the price was higher as this was my first time at this location the woman working was snarky and said "it's a franchise" basically saying prices are different. However subway is a franchise and prices are standard across the board. Will never go back especially with another location so close.

When I went there, I had the waffle cone and it was sooo good i tried mint chocolate chip with cotton candy and it was so good, i would recommend it again Baskin robbins SO GOOD?

Very frustrating as this store is never open when they say they will be. Not the first time I have gone after 11am and they are closed. Either change your hours or open on time to respect your customers time. I understand things happen but this is the 4th time they have not opened when their hours clearly state 11. I will now always go to #5 and walkers location. The owners are wonderful there

I have came here twice and would love to appreciate the dedicated employees who provided the best service! That doesn't mean it is the best place to go, gives off a toxic environment thats why I wouldn't recommend going here AT ALL. For the sake of hardworking employee who ACTUALLY deserve better work environment, this isn't a place for anyone to go to. I truly believe that the intention in which the food is made affects the taste of the food, because this place exploits their workers (employees), it ultimately affects the food. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE AND SERVE YOUR ORDER.
