The line outside made us curious and try this place and we weren’t disappointed. By far the best gelato we’ve had outside Italy. Tried Tiramisu, Ferrero Rocher and Blueberry lavender scoops. All 3 tasted amazing. Friendly staff too.
Third time getting gelato here and surprised I haven’t been sooner (I live right by Spencer smith for over a year now!). Gelato is amazing - some of the best I’ve had. Customer service could be friendlier and sadly when asked for a complimentary wafer it can be forgotten - but tbh gelato makes up for it (for me).
Superb Gelato, always fresh and lots of flavours to choose from. You will not be disappointed. Other nearby competitors are not good and do not offer the real deal. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Owners are great, I’ve always had a positive experience.
I have to agree with all the other reviews that say the woman behind the counter was rude and not welcoming. I visited last week. I thought it was just me but reading the other comments here about it, I agree. The Gelato is good, not great enough that I can't be happy with the other options around the block that offer better service experience. For that reason I would not patronize this shop again. Your replied comments to other reviews below also just proves your cocky attitude. Tip, a welcoming smile goes a long way, you can do better.
