If I could give zero stars I would .. walked in.. not even greeted by the tech in front of me .. then she grab the phone, helped them.. and the proceeded to say hi .. told her I was there for a script .. I had to ask the wait time .. came back in the time given and it still wasn't ready! Just be honest about your wait times and be personable !!!
They were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, thorough. Excellent service, prompt. The walk in clinic is beside them which also provides Great service, thorough and friendly. They explained the procedures of medication I would be taking, and what I should be doing daily with the injured part of my hand to keep it clean, and heal faster. Thus Cleared up the infection on my hand from injury quickly. Additionally the pharmacy has an Excellent variety of health products, good prices of items. Highly recommend!
This pharmacy could do better.... My wife is waiting over 20 mins for her meds and not feeling amazing while waiting... She mentioned something to the staff and turns out they forgot about her... waiting for meds is really frustrating when you see people get theirs ahead of yourself.. this should have been ready for pickup as the docs appt was a few days ago.. Its hard to stay patient for people that are chit chatting at work while you wait for them to count pills from a larger bottle to a smaller one and print a label... come on...
Fast friendly service, with minimal waiting time. The Dr had put the wrong dose on my prescription and they walked over to have it corrected while I waited. Highly recommended
Great customer service, one of the Pharmacist's went out of her way and gave me a mask to go into the adjoining walk in clinic. Friendly and helpful people.

These people are terrible at customer service. They keep forgetting insurance policy coverage and keep charging me for covered meds blaming computer issues as the cause. I have personally been there waiting for medication along with several other customers for quite some time, while the pharmacist decided to talk to a delivery person for 10 minutes. Doesn't show good customer service to me. Never again, hello Guardian Pharmacy

can you leave a review less than one! These guys are brutal - we have given our insurance to them almost every time they can't figure out their systems to link the two. rookie move! The convenience of their location is their only positive point... and their customer service reflects this. These guys know that they are sitting on a goldmine based on their location. They can't provide service to the public if a pharmacist isn't in yet .... but the pharmacist shows up late... crazy! My wife and sick daughter went just before they opened today, and instead of the guy coming out and letter her know that he couldn't help until the pharmacist was there, he just kept the door locked. He made eye contact a few times and then 5-10m after when they are scheduled to open and after knocking on the door, he comes to the the door and tells her of the rules ... when my wife questions him why he wouldn't come out and tell her - -he lies and says he didn't see her ... what a joke. save your money and frustration and go somewhere else, until they get their service level up a few notches!
