On August 26 I went to this dispensary to pick up a medication prescribed by my doctor to help me sleep, as I have had insomnia for most of my life. I asked my doctor at her office if there were any side effects to the medication, and she said 'No'. When I was at the pharmacy I asked the pharmacist there the same question, and she also said 'No', so I went home with my prescription of Lemborexant Dayvigo. At 930pm that night I took one pill to try and get some rest, and just before 10 pm the nightmare started. I began to feel tired, but in an unsettling way. I was walking up the stairs to to go bed and lost the use of my legs. I was crawling around on the floor, using my arms. I made it to my bed, where I then lost all control of my body. I couldn't move a muscle, and when I struggled to cry out for help, I could barely make a sound. I was told I remained in this condition for about forty minutes. During this time I was terrified, it was like being buried in my own body. I couldn't even open my eyes, and I was seeing lots of bright flashes. Slowly I regained some feeling in my body, and by the time the ambulance arrived to take me to the hospital I could stand, but I was still disoriented and control of my limbs was still in and out. By 2am I was released from the hospital and was able to walk again, but it's two days later now, and I am still experiencing discomfort. For anyone wondering, side effects of Dayvigo include: heart palpitations, hallucinations, muscle weakness, and sleep paralysis, which is something the physician and my doctor should have told me when I asked about side effects. I am considering legal action, but for now I just want people to know that their safety is at risk trusting the staff at this pharmacy. Do your own research before purchasing prescriptions from this location, and make sure that you have a physician you can trust.
So kind and helpful. Such an example of amazing service design. It redefines a local pharmacy. Offering low price point suggestions and just human kindness with professional insights that floors me. Just so informative and kind. I've never reviewed a pharmacy before. I've never before found a pharmacy to be a place that really helps you in a time of need so I'm just so floored and thankful to speak with kind people who clearly enjoy their job and working together.
This has got to be the best Pharmacy in Burlington. Good care. Always informative. Free delivery. Great people! they provide clear instructions and inform their clients about drug interactions in a clear and concise way.
After standing for 20 minutes waiting for my prescription to be filled while the two women behind the counter complained endlessly about the horrible customers, I found that my prescription wouldn't be ready for about a week. Only because I enquired. I work in customer service too and this was the most shocking experience I've ever had.
My husband purchased a walker from Brant Arts recently and we found all of the staff that served us were very helpful, informed about their product lines and took their time serving us. We highly recommend this store.
