My favorite new pharmacy I was just there today with my son and the gentleman who owns it was so nice. He had a litter with candy my son got 1 and then he gave me 1 as I waited it was a nice treat. It's a very clean pharmacy and I enjoyed my experience there and talking to the gentleman. Thank you so much A+ customer service
Excellent pharmacy and walk in clinic. They are actually the best I've used in Burlington. It's also the cleanest place I've been in too. It's like a family comfort feeling everytime we come! It's almost comical to see all the Karen's complaining about this place because they are the nicest ppl I've ever met man. I guess you can't please everyone though! I used to get my medication from a shopper’s not far from this pharmacy, the shopper’s is open longer and has much more in terms of selection of products. You know what else that shopper’s has? Terrible employees. I LOVE the people who work here! They are amazing, they are always helpful, always kind to me. They are only open for a short time on weekends, do you know what these people did for me once? Called knowing I wasn’t aware of their hours yet, when I explained I wasn’t able to make it in before they closed, these incredible people delivered my medication to me at home after they closed. You want to get some over priced snacks when you go get your medication complete with rude employees then shoppers will be happy to take you on as their millionth customer. If you want real customer service from genuine people always happy to help and who make it a pleasant experience each and every time you go in? This IDA is the place to go. To be clear and fair the people who work at the actual pharmacy at the shoppers close by are kind and helpful, it’s the shoppers employees who make the entire experience all around unpleasant. If you have ever found yourself asking whatever happened to customer service? Then look no further than the incredible people who own and run this IDA. I see that some people have left negative reviews and that they all seem to be referring to the walk in clinic next to this pharmacy. Having never used it I can’t speak to that, but as for the pharmacy and the people who work there? 10/10
I started with them but sadly the doctors never call back. I have had several appointments and in almost all cases the doctors never call you and you are given no option to call them either. The whole point of a doctor is to get help at the hour of need and not weeks after . I had better expectations but alas have been let down
This has to be the worst clinic in town. They are highly responsive when they accept new patient. After that you call, email or try to book an appointment.. Zero response. The receptionist just sits there in the clinic with no doctors rarely answering calls. Funny thing is it's a walkin clinic. I give - stars to this clinic. Really bad experience, please don't go to this clinic and save yourself from all the trouble.
I really liked this pharmacy. It didn't take more than a couple of minutes to fill my prescription. The staff are very friendly, and I would definitely come back to fill my prescription here again!
Awesome pharmacists. Lower prices than shoppers for over the counter stuff. Very friendly and helpful service. Also very neat and clean pharmacy. Would highly recommed!
