Great experience at Pizza Hut!! The staff was super kind and welcoming, especially the girl who helped us … she was really sweet and professional. Food was good too. Would come again.?
I want to give a big shoutout to Sheima, the amazing manager at Pizza Hut! She’s not only great at her job, but also incredibly knowledgeable — she has even given me helpful dental advice because she’s a dentist too. Every time Sheima makes my pizza, it tastes perfect. I think I’m officially addicted to the pizzas she makes! Her creativity, professionalism, and friendly nature make every visit a great experience. I have mistakenly placed an order with skip and its delivery is managed by themselves. As soon as I realized that the order was to my work place and I needed at home I went to cancel the order with skip but the restaurant has already accepted it. I called them and they cancelled the order for me then when I went to check my refund 2 days later its was never found. I contacted skip and they told me that it was showing completed by the restaurant and they could not verify now the restaurant cannot find the order even though I have the receipt and on skip its completed so basically they stole my money and refuse to give it. Never cancelled order with them as they will never refund the money always contact skip for canceling the order.
"Family-friendly chain..." Not so friendly when they never answer calls to place an order, and neither does the website work to place an order at this location. Seems like they are trying hard to go out of business. 2 stars only because I actually like their pizzas. Just not easy to get an order in.
We've been ordering pizza hut for a long time and today when we ordered we were informed that they changed the kind of cheese they use. The pizza tasted awful and we did not enjoy it at all.
Tou can never go wrong with the same great taste and quality. The staff at this location were very helpful in altering the order for my liking. This is a pickup only location, but i highly recommend it.
