Pizza was nicely made. I ordered lactose free cheese as a topping but I can ABSOLUTELY say that this was ignored. I had a horrible reaction to this pizza.
I'm sorry for the confusion on March 09. I live in a Retirement home and I assumed the pizza was coming to the lobby but the delivery person took it right to my suite. I was visiting someone else at the time and went to the lobby to wait for the pizza. When i waited.a half hour I called the Appleby Line store, eventually it got sorted out. The pizza was good, we just had to reheat it.
Ordered for the first time at this location and when we were half way through the pizza we noticed a cockroach on the side of one of our slices. It was dead however still does not make us want to eat the food.
We use to always get pizza from this location because we love Toopers but the last 3 times we placed an online order, we got a call saying they didn’t have whole wheat dough so we had to cancel the order. Huge disappointment!
Excellent pizza! Tastes amazing. So many different things you can add besides original toppings to make the perfect pie! I recommend adding the garlic herb seasoning, ranch swirl and garlic butter crust! The topper sticks are very tasty and the marinara they come with is excellent!
They just don't know how to do an order properly, every time I ask for garlic butter base they give me tomato. When they get it right I love it but that never happens.
Tried to place a pickup order, and whoever was working at the store called me to ask me to cancel my order because he was closing the store in a half hour, or 10pm. The hours posted online say open until 10pm, and my order was confirmed at 9:20. When I brought up the hours, the caller advised he has to close the store at 9:30. Class A customer service.
I ordered a large pizza with two dipping sauces on Friday night. The dipping sauces were over SIX months expired...so gross! I called customer service about it. Two fresh dipping sauces were delivered almost an hour later, after the pizza had already gone cold and our guest had to head out. I was told this was all that could be done...Pretty disappointed that not even a refund on the dipping sauces was offered!
Abusive staff and owners. I over heard on of the grown men working as a pizza boy refer to a child staff member as a "big nig".He was undoutably black.As for the food. I didn't bother eating there and went to KFC.
Nice place to get delicious pizza
Wanting to use my hotel bucks! They have never mention I have to use them over the phone instead of online will not give me discount or anything said that can't do anything about that. So I had to pay full price when I had hotel bucks sitting in front of my face. Kinda don't want to give them my guest here at the hotel service due to that!
Love the specialty pizzas, esp Tropical Heatwave. And the service? Amazing!!!
