Ordered pizza at 9:30 this morning and were supposed to show up at 4:50pm. 3 HOURS later and still no pizza, no update, no nothing. Went to the restaurant and tried to get an update and figure out what’s going on and was told they can’t find the driver? Customers were saying cut my losses and go to McDonald’s. I ordered early enough that this shouldn’t even be an issue. I get it’s Halloween and the Jays are on, but the way I was treated was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. They did give us pizza after having to fight for it and they were pretty good though.
I was dumb and forgot to order pepperoni on my pizza online. They were super chill and added those little meat Frisbees and popped it in to get that sweet sizzle. Thanks!
The absolute most delicious pizza is from this location without any doubt in mind. The staff are always so kind and they truly care about your experience. The place is always clean and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Highly recommended!
Very skimpy on the toppings. Party sized pizza had barely any bacon or onions. Not ordering from this location again. I have also let head office know this franchise is not meeting Pizza Nova standards.
Your delivery driver just tried to rip me off. Even though I selected cash payment online, when he got here he "had no change", trying to get me to give him a large cash tip. Got pushy when I said no I'll switch to card instead. Then the guy actually had the nerve to try to charge me more than what my order total was. Dishonest, disgusting behaviour. I've never encountered that ever. This location employs thieves, don't order from here.
When you watch them add the topping they forgot to put on I front of you and then toss the pizza in the oven for 1 min. Thanks for the cold bacon and olives. Absolute joke. Mistakes happen. Own up to them. Don’t try to sneakily add it and ruin the pizza.
Coming back from the Grey Cup, around midnight. Cold and hungry. Pizza Nova was there. Cooked fresh and just the way we liked it - it filled the 4 of us up nicely!
