We go here all the time but we'll never go back after the horrible treatment we received here. He was so unprofessional and angry bc we all asked for extra toppings.and cheese.He was a dark skinned guy that totally hated his job. He had a fist ready to punch. Definite anger issues Do better Mr.Sub!!!. RUDE!!!!
I ordered through Skip the Dishes three different times and every time this Mr Sub location has gotten it wrong. I decided to call the store to let them know and although they apologized, they offered nothing to do to correct it. The double stacked smoked meat was horrible. There was three pieces of meat. What would the regular would be?? One piece of meat. I paid a lot of money and have been disappointed each time. I had heard that they are very cranky and the customer service was bad but I wanted to give them a chance. I’ll be ordering elsewhere.
One of my favorite breakfast joints in Waterdown! Service is really quick, portions are large and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention their food is really tasty. They really appreciate their customers and go above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling full and happy. I highly recommend this place!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Large portions for the money. Food was delicious and served quickly. Staff didn't look at you like you were bothering them when asking for a refill on coffee and tea. Very nice place and really great people.
Food was very good! The service was good at first but took forever to get the bill it seemed. I still would recommend this place to anyone who asked about it.
Quiet quick and quaint. Had breakfast special eggs bacon home fries. Nice to get eggs the way I like them sunnyside up and runny to dip my toast in. Home fries not fried but grilled and not burnt or hard. My partner had same special but had eggs poached. I was impressed with how they looked. Left satisfied and not too overstuffed. Our server was fast friendly and knew when to check on us. Definitely will go back.
I really liked this place. There’s one thing that should be fundamental about break fast restaurants, really all restaurants but especially breakfast restaurants. The seating should be comfortable. If I wanted to sit on hardwood I would sit in the park.
