First time I had the club on a sub and it was very very good and loaded with meat and cheese. 2nd visit was tonight and I am extremely disappointed, the steak and cheese sub was very tasty but there was hardly any meat, it was mostly bread with very little meat. Good thing I like bread, won't be ordering that one again if I every return.

Amazing staff and amazing service! Have been going to this location for a while, always got my order in 10-15 minutes tops. Really recommend the turkey bacon ranch, and the engineer sub.

I purchased the footlong Thanksgiving turkey sub for $18.49 plus tax. It was late and I was hungry. I was very surprised about the price and what wasn’t included for that price and it was nothing special. The price included turkey, dressing, a little cranberry sauce and a swipe of mayonnaise. Gravy was extra at $1.49 which they didn’t have. Didn’t even include a cookie for that price. Walk or drive over to Swiss Chalet and pick up the Thanksgiving chicken dinner instead for 18.29.

This is the second time I have ordered from here on Uber eats, I've only ordered them because when I tried firehouse subs years back it was amazing and they have a 2 for 1 deal on Uber. However both times I've ordered there is only an option to "not toast" so you would think leaving it unlocked that you would get it toasted? Nope. Luckily this time I was smart enough to order one of the subs I got meatball so they had to toast it but the other sub (the same one I got the first time this happened) came in toasted again and was soaking wet snd soggy. Not nearly as bad this time as the first, the first time we ordered from this location it was so soggy the bottom bun had to be thrown out because even trying to put it in the oven to toast the bun didn't save it. It literally fell apart like wet tissue. I don't know why your subs get so soggy so quickly but I would suggest unless specifically asked for not toasted you toast your subs for delivery because they literally become inedible after a 10 minute drive from your restaurant.

Three years ago this chain was at least passable, now it is a sad parody of itself. I ordered a large brisket smokehouse and cheddar and got a greasy paperweight stuffed in a bun the size of a dinner roll, no option for toppings, no care in preparation, and staff who looked like they were being punished simply for standing there. The sandwich was slopped together, dripping grease like an oil spill, leaving me with heartburn now and guaranteed regret later. This is what happens when the parent company starts cheaping out: smaller portions, lower standards, demoralized staff, and customers walking away wondering why they wasted their money here. One star is generous, the real rating is may cause regret within thirty minutes.

Not the same as it used to be to be! Subs a soggy dripping with water and I question the clumsiness of the food preparation as the bun was caked with sauce and mayonnaise on the exterior. Staff looks like they are just slapping it together quickly, quality of the product is nun existent.

My god this is the best big name sub place, would recommend not to eat the meatball sub in the car but 100% worth the mess amazing (January 2024) 2nd review Today I had the Brisket Sub, was absolutely amazing 10/10 and my mom had the Canadian Turkey Club she absolutely loved it, great service! Served us the Food at the table, gave a great recommendation to my mom, but… the Atmosphere it is still cool and creative but there definitely needs to be more cleaning on tables after customers get served and little messes on floors. But still the best sub place in Burlington and will be coming back way more often and thanks for the fire hat that was definitely meant for a child (May 2024)
