Firstly, I love Mr. Sub. The food here is always fresh. The prep stations are clean, and the staff are friendly. Especially Aman who serves me with efficiency and attentiveness. She is always welcoming me into the store and matches my energy. She’s a great face for Mr. Sub. I’ll be back soon!!
It almost seemed like it was a chore to take my order. Toppings were not evenly dispersed in my sub. When I asked for my sub grilled they made it seem like such an extra effort. Poor customer service and meh food!
Terrible. The people working ( i believe they are the owners) are extremely rude and the subs that they pretty much throw at you are awful. I felt like i was annoying them by giving them my business. Take the 5-10 minute drive out of your way to visit another location. These guys are jerks.
Worst Louisiana chicken I ever had of all mr. Subs out there. There was hardly any chicken in there and not much others ingredients. It felt like eating just the bun. Not coming back there for sure and don't recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible staff. Was there on Friday March 6th 1145 am 2019. Person making the sub didn't care threw it down in the tray not even fully wrapped. Horrible customer service will not be returning due to that.
To the Management, Please focus on the portioning of toppings. I had a meatball sub with all the toppings in it. But it barely had few toppings even those were just cornered at one side. Not really happy to see this!
Just like the other poster said, this location does not make the food like the other locations. They snubbed on the ingredients. I couldn’t believe just how terrible and rude the staff were. As an avid visitor to Mr sub, this location is AWFUL. I would absolutely not recommend this location and will never be returning again. The locations on Guelph line & upper middle, as well as Burlington Mall are BY FAR superior and 5 star worthy unlike this mess of an establishment.
