I’ve always liked Pita Pit and I always forget about it. When I walked in it wasn’t the warmest greeting from the woman behind the counter. No smile nothing just asked if I wanted extra meat. The man making the pita was lovely. I got the pita home and the chicken was terribly chewy and no sauce on the pita. Not the best experience. I don’t think I’ll go back to that location. A smile helps.
The girl working had no respect for my time first she told me it’ll would take 5 min to make the order then 10 min after the 5 min passes I ended up waiting, no joke 35 minutes no respect at all next time tell me the truth nobody wants to wait over half a hour.
Worst pitapit experience. Hyper priced and stingy behavior. Absolutely not acceptable. Should serve customers wholeheartedly not miserly.. Will never visit and waste money.. #falafal wrap.
The friendliest staff at this location. I work in Burlington and thought they were open until 10 still but they changed their time to 9. Embarrassing! They still took our order, didn't rush us, they were very understanding and kind. They laughed once we realized they actually closed at 9. 5 stars all around!
Came by for the first time and was happy with my choice! I had a rice bowl with steak and chose a variety of toppings. The garlic aioli was awesome. Will come back again.
The dining experience here was truly exceptional, and I wholeheartedly urge you to visit. The chef expertly grills the pita and customizes it to your preferences. If perfection in a pita exists, it's unquestionably crafted at this establishment. I sincerely encourage you to give it a try—five stars without hesitation. The staff is fantastic, too.
Since this location went under new management, I’ve come back more frequently. The ladies are so kind, friendly and consistent. They always make mine and my husbands gyro exactly how I like it!
